  • The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information regarding the product(s) subject to this Agreement on www.giproject.art and have given the necessary electronic approval.
  • The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER’s specified delivery address within 30 days at the latest. This period may be extended up to 10 additional days, provided that the BUYER is informed in advance and consents to the extension.
  • If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if such person/entity refuses to accept the delivery.
  • If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product within the agreed time due to force majeure (natural disasters, transportation barriers, stock depletion, etc.), the SELLER shall notify the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request a similar product, or extend the delivery time.
  • If the product price cannot be transferred to the SELLER due to unauthorized use of the BUYER’s credit card or payment card by third parties after delivery, the BUYER is obligated to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days.

  • The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any justification.
  • The right of withdrawal must be declared in writing via e-mail to info@giproject.art.
  • Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, unworn, tags intact, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
  • The shipping cost for products returned under the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the BUYER.
  • After the returned product reaches the SELLER, it will be inspected, and the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
  • – Underwear products, swimwear, and bikinis
  • – Customized or personalized products
  • – Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. Within the limits of authority, the arbitration committees/courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence or in the SELLER’s location shall be deemed competent.

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER. Completion of the order signifies that the BUYER has accepted the terms of this Agreement.
