Delivery and Return Policy

  • Your orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after bank payment approval.

  • During public holidays or busy campaign periods, processing times may vary.

  • Deliveries are made through our contracted shipping companies.

  • Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail or SMS.

  • Delivery times may vary between 1–5 business days, depending on your city and district.

  • Except for certain promotional periods, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping is free

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their undamaged original packaging, suitable for resale.

  • The product you wish to return must be sent together with the invoice and the return/exchange form.

  • For hygienic reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted for underwear, personal care items, earrings, or similar hygienic products.

  • Send your return request via e-mail to info@giproject.art .

  • Return the product using the shipping company and the return code that will be provided to you.

  • Once the product reaches us and the necessary inspections are completed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.

  • Shipping costs belong to the customer (unless the product is defective or faulty).

  • Please check your package together with the courier staff when receiving your order.
  • If you detect a damaged or missing product, you must have a damage report prepared and inform us immediately.
  • For products confirmed as defective by our team, a full refund or exchange will be provided.
