Delivery and Return Policy

Your orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after bank payment approval.
During public holidays or busy campaign periods, processing times may vary.
Deliveries are made through our contracted shipping companies.
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail or SMS.
Delivery times may vary between 1–5 business days, depending on your city and district.

Except for certain promotional periods, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping is free

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their undamaged original packaging, suitable for resale.
The product you wish to return must be sent together with the invoice and the return/exchange form.
For hygienic reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted for underwear, personal care items, earrings, or similar hygienic products.

Return the product using the shipping company and the return code that will be provided to you.
Once the product reaches us and the necessary inspections are completed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.
Shipping costs belong to the customer (unless the product is defective or faulty).

Please check your package together with the courier staff when receiving your order.
If you detect a damaged or missing product, you must have a damage report prepared and inform us immediately.
For products confirmed as defective by our team, a full refund or exchange will be provided.
